How to cook seaweed

Crab stick egg roll

  • Ingredients
    • 4 eggs, 2 crab sticks, 2 seaweed sheets, 1 teaspoon of salt, pepper and 1 large spoon of cooking wine
  • How to cook
    • Mix well the eggs with salt, pepper, wine and water.
    • Spread oil on a square frying pan and put about 2/3 of the egg mix. Then put the seaweed and crab sticks in the middle.
    • Roll so the crab sticks don't stick out and pour the rest of the egg mix to fix the ends.
    • Once completely cooked, use a gimbap rolling sheet to fix the shape of the roll. Cut into eatable pieces.

Seaweed rolled tofu ball

  • Ingredients
    • 4 seaweed sheets, 1 tofu square, 80g carrot, 80g spinach, 1 large spoon of salt, pepper
  • How to cook
    • Mash the tofu with a knife side and remove water by wrapping it in a gauze.
    • Cut carrot into small pieces, parboil spinach in boiling water and then rinse it in cold water.
    • Mix the prepared ingredients with salt, pepper, sesame seeds, sesame seed oil, spring onion pieces and small garlic pieces.
    • Put the mixture on a cutting board and shape it into 1cm thick blocks.
    • Steam the blocks in a hot steamer for about 10 minutes and then remove moisture with a dry gauze.
    • Slightly cook the front and back of the tofu blocks on a frying pan without oil and fix their shape.
    • Slightly grill the front and back of the seaweed papers and roll them around the tofu blocks.
    • Cut the tofu blocks into small consumable pieces and put one piece over another.
    • Roll seaweed around each two piece tofu blocks and fix.
    • Serve on a plate.

Fried sesame leaf and seaweed roll

  • lngredients
    • 5 crab sticks, 3 seaweed sheets, 10 sesame leaves, flour, 2 eggs, cooking oil
  • How to cook
    • Cut the crab sticks into half and cut the seaweed sheets also into the length of the cut crab sticks.
    • Cover the crab sticks with flour and roll them in sesame leaves and again in seaweed sheets.
    • Mix flour and eggs in cold water to prepare the dough.
    • Dip the seaweed rolls into the dough and fry them in oil. 5. Serve with soy sauce.
